Quality Policy of Telecommunication Infrastructure Company

 With regard to performing the organizational tasks and objectives and in order to providing the communications infrastructure of the country in conformity with the international recommendations and regulations and in particular, those of the international Telecommunication Union (ITU), Telecommunication Infrastructure Company (TIC) deems the enhancement of the customers' satisfaction its mission and declare the major policies of TIC as follows:

- Establishment, accomplishment, operation, marketing, development, improvement, supervision and management of the communications infrastructure network of the country.

- Provision of all the communication infrastructure in order to making it available for all the authorized applicants including the public and the private sectors as well as the cooperatives providing the communications and information technology services.

- Continuous improvement of the quality management effectiveness and its processes for the customers' satisfaction enhancement.

- Qualitative development of the human resources and the attraction of the personnel's contribution as the most valuable capital of the company providing the appropriate environment for their contribution, training and motivation.

For this purpose, TIC compiled and released its quality management charter with a process oriented viewpoint in conformity with ISO 9001:2008 standard and with regard to the concentration of the government governing duties in the field of the communications infrastructure of the country.

Whereas the achievement to the aforesaid objectives and the deployment, maintenance and accomplishment of the quality management system in the company require the endeavor, cooperation and contribution of the whole staff and sections of the company, as the highest ranking executive official of the company, declaring my full commitment to these policies, expect all the esteemed colleagues and directors at the whole organizational levels to apply these strategies effectively with the unanimity, collaboration and consultation and to be committed and obliged to the precise accomplishment of the quality management system and the due observation of these policies.
